3. Products and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. All prices are displayed in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD). We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing at any time, including after an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you with the correct price and give you the option to confirm or cancel your order.

4. Orders and Contract

Placing an order through our store constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, unavailable stock, or inability to verify payment. You will be notified if your order is cancelled and, where applicable, refunded. An order is only confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from our team.

5. Payment

We accept payment via PayPal. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the payment information you provide is accurate and complete. All transactions are subject to PayPal's terms and conditions. We do not store your payment card information.

6. Delivery and Pickup

We currently serve customers in Saint Lucia only. We offer local delivery and in-person pickup. Delivery arrangements, including timing and any applicable fees, are confirmed directly by our team after your order is placed. 7. Exchanges and Refunds

All exchange and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not offer cash refunds except where required by applicable law.

8. Accuracy of Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Services are error-free, complete, or current. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
